DISCLAIMER

  • By completing this form you attest to understanding you are commissioning pornographic material and that you are at least 18 years of age.

RIGHTS & EXCLUSIVITY

  • I reserve all rights to audios created by me and may post them to the public at my discretion. You may not share your audio for non-personal reasons unless granted explicit permission by me, the owner.

  • Any meta-inclusion of customers will be scrubbed from all media for the purposes exhibiting audios to the public. Customer privacy remains priority and the commissioned nature any audio will never be made public.

  • Exclusivity is the purchasing of all intellectual property rights of your concept in audio format. You will own the file and I will never publish it to any other platform in any iteration unless otherwise arranged between you and myself..

DELIVERY

  • Projects will be completed in the order they are received. Turnaround time is determined by the scope of your project and its place in my queue.

  • Please be patient while I fill your request. If at any time you wish to get a status update, please e-mail me and I will be happy to update you.

OFF LIMITS (I WILL NOT FILL THESE)

  • Pedophilia (all characters depicted or referenced in all of my audios are of legal age [18+])

  • Snuff (I will not depict the death of a character for sexual purposes, nor will I portray violence that could imminently lead to death for sexual purposes)

  • Derogatory terms aimed at race, gender identity, or sexual preference. * Scat (no poop stuff. just no.)

  • I reserve the right to deny any request based on judgments not included on this list.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • I will respond to applicants Monday-Friday, within 24-48 hrs of your submission.

  • Initial contact is to acknowledge receipt of your request and confirm scope. Once we are agreed on terms of the engagement, I will begin creating your audio.

  • Full payment is expected on good faith once I've completed your project, before final delivery. Payments will be taken via credit card and processed by Square.

  • For ease of fulfillment, all communications regarding the completion of your audio will be conducted through e-mail.
